ERRS 2024 REGISTRATION FEES

REGISTRATION PLATFORM
The registration platform will be used for: registration, abstract submission, payment of fees (be aware to fill in all the details for the invoice: confirm with your Entity, if you need to enter the VAT number and/or requisition/purchase number), invoice and certificate download.
Important Note: After registering, you will receive an email requesting registration confirmation. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Student and Regular Fees: The fee includes access to all scientific sessions, poster sessions, refresher courses, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, the welcome drink, the social dinner and attendance/participation certificate. It does not include any insurance.
Accompanying Persons Fee: This is an optional fee, which must be selected by ERRS2024 participants at the time of registration, if they have an accompanying person. The fee applies to accompanying persons of ERRS2024 registered participants that are not co-author of any oral or poster presentation. It includes access to all scientific sessions, poster sessions, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, the welcome drink and the social dinner. It does not include any insurance neither attendance/participation certificate.
*Students: To be eligible to the student fee, a certificate of enrollment in a conferring degree course (BSc, MSc or PhD) must be uploaded upon registration.
**Field Trip Fee (13th September): The option to attend the field trip must be selected upon registration and it is limited to the first 50 registered participants. The fee only includes the transportation and lunch. The deactivated uranium mines are located in the Viseu district (approximately 50 min from Aveiro). The visit will be organized in collaboration with Empresa de Desenvolvimento Mineiro – EDM (Portuguese mining development company).
Payment: The selection of the registration fees starts on the 1st of February and must be done within the established deadlines either for Early Bid (until 30th June) or Late Registration (from 1st July to 15th August). On the registration platform, you will find the different payment methods available for the Conference (credit card or bank transfer).
Please note that the participant is responsible for filling in the details for the invoice (Please confirm with your Entity, if you need to enter the VAT number and/or requisition/purchase number). Once you have filled the invoice details, a proforma invoice will be available, if required. After payment, your receipt will be available on the platform.
After the early bird period, the registration platform automatically assumes the values defined for payments for late registration.
Important clarification for presenting authors: The abstracts of authors whose registration is not completed and the relevant fees paid by the end of the Early bird date (30th June) will be withdrawn from the conference program.
Certificates: All the presenters of an oral or poster communication will receive a Participation Certificate. All the registered participants attending the ERRS2024 will receive an Attendance Certificate. The certificates will be available in the registration platform.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made through the secretariat e-mail (ERRS2024@ua.pt). For any cancellation received before 15th July 2024, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. Cancellations in the period from 16th July to the 15th August 2024: 50% of the fee will be refunded. After 15th August 2024 it is not possible to refund the amount paid because the organization will have already guaranteed the costs of materials and services.
